December 1: Chapter & Verse # 20

This Saturday, December 1st at 8pm it's the 20th chapter of Chapter & Verse, which began way back in June 2006. Come hear poetry & fiction from these three terrific writers:

STACY SZYMASZEK was born in Milwaukee, WI in 1969. She is currently the Artistic Director at the Poetry Project at St. Mark’s Church-in-the-Bowery. Her chapbooks include Mutual Aid (gong, 2004), Pasolini Poems (Cy Press, 2005) and There Were Hostilities (release, 2005). She is the author of Emptied of All Ships and the forthcoming Hyperglossia (both with Litmus Press). She is the editor of Gam, is a contributing editor for Fascicle, coeditor of Instance Press, and was one of the editors of the “Queering Language” issue of EOAGH. FRANK SHERLOCK is the author of Wounds in an Imaginary Nature Show (Night Flag Books), Spring Diet of Flowers at Night (Mooncalf Press), ISO (furniture press) and 13 (Ixnay Press). Forthcoming chapbook publications include Daybook of Perversities & Main Events (Cy Gist Press), Over Here (Katalanché Press) and a collaborative poem with Brett Evans, entitled Ready-to-Eat Individual. ABBI DION was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has lived in Minneapolis, Bologna (ITALY) and Philadelphia. She enjoys riding bikes, playing BrickBlaster, and brainstorming titles for her book.
